Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and
other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments,
questions, or other information, so long as the content is
not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of
privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise
injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist
of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial
solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of
"spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate
any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin
of a card or other content. MidniteSpot.com reserves the right
(but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but
does not regularly review posted content.
You grant MidniteSpot.com and its affiliates a nonexclusive,
royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable
right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, and display such
content throughout the world in any media. You grant MidniteSpot.com
and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name
that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control
all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content
is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate
this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity;
and that you will indemnify MidniteSpot.com or its affiliates
for all claims resulting from content you supply. MidniteSpot.com
has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or
remove any activity or content. MidniteSpot.com takes no responsibility
and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or
any third party.
You acknowledge that MidniteSpot.com does not pre-screen content,
but that MidniteSpot.com and its designees shall have the
right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to
refuse or move any content that is available via the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, MidniteSpot.com and its designees
shall have the right to remove any content that violates the
Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that
you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the
use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of such content. In this regard,
you acknowledge that you may not rely on any content created
by MidniteSpot.com or submitted to MidniteSpot, including
without limitation information in MidniteSpot Reviews, and
in all other parts of the Service.
Party and Venue Listing No representation is made or warranty
given as to our content. User assumes all risk of use. MidniteSpot
and its suppliers assume no responsibility for any loss or
delay resulting from such use.
Ticket Refund Policy
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
If the event is cancelled, you will receive an automatic refund
for the face value of the ticket. If an event is postponed
you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket.
To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail
receipt to refunds@MidniteSpot.com. Refund requests must be
made within five days of the event's originally scheduled
date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are
no refunds. If an event is age restricted, you certify that
all ticket holders meet the minimum age requirement and will
bring proper id to that event. If you are denied entry based
on age requirements, you will not receive a refund for this
purchase.
Ticket Pick-up and Will Call Policy
Tickets must be picked up at the venue's box office or point
of entry, unless otherwise noted. To pick up a ticket order
(or otherwise gain entry), you must present a valid picture
id (Driver's License or Government-issued id) and the original
credit card used to make this purchase. If you are unable
to pick up your order because you do not have the required
items listed above at the time and place of pickup, you will
not receive a refund for this purchase. Purchaser acknowledges
that the name entered on this order form will be released
to the event promoter to facilitate order pickup at the venue.
Venue and talent are subject to change. All tickets for a
single order must be picked up at the same time.
Third-Party Advertisers
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Web site. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
